Camera-Ready Submission Information

Authors of accepted papers have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing camera-ready papers for the proceedings. The final paper and the signed copyright form are due on 23 September 2014. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

1. FINAL PAPER: Please submit the files required to produce your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading two files:

(a) either a zipped file containing all LaTeX sources, or a Word file in the RTF format; and
(b) a PDF version of the camera-ready paper.

There is a hard limit of 12 pages for each paper - this cannot be extended for any reason. Please strictly adhere to the author instructions of Springer-Verlag when preparing the final version:

2. COPYRIGHT: Please download and complete a copyright consent form as soon as possible. The Springer copyright forms can be found at:

The completed and signed copyright must be uploaded to EasyChair by September 23. It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. The form can be scanned into PDF or any other standard image format.

3. REGISTRATION: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference by October 6 for the paper to be included in the proceedings. The registration page for SEAL 2014 will open shortly, and authors will be notified by email when it is available.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in these matters. Thank you again for your contribution to SEAL 2014.

Paper Submission Instructions

Researchers are invited to submit papers in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format via electronic submission at the SEAL 2014 conference submission site (via EasyChair):

Prior to submitting your paper, please make sure you have created an EasyChair submission account (if you have not got an existing account) by visiting the above site.

The submitted papers must represent original works, and must not have been accepted for publication elsewhere or be under review for another conference or journal.

Paper Format

Papers should be no more than 12 pages, and must be formatted in LNCS style (see Information for LNCS Authors), and submitted in PDF format. Authors are encouraged to write their papers using LaTeX. The authors' names shall not be blinded for the review process.

Review Process

Each paper will be reviewed by at least two members of the SEAL 2014 Program Committee.

All accepted papers will be published as a volume of the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science by Springer. We are aiming to have selected best papers being invited for further revisions and extensions (after an additional review process) for publication by two journal special issues.
